I found another myrtle beach destination! Woo!
Avista Resort is another Myrtle Beach Resort that I’m now considering. It has a great range of rooms and packages to suit every taste. And definitely has a few that really appeal to me! I’m really looking forward to getting away and visiting my friend, although as I mentioned, although it will be lovely to see her kids again.. staying with them really isn’t an option.. buy hey.. i get to check out a whole lot of Myrtle Beach Resorts so I’m really not complaining. 
Myrtle Beach Hotels like Avista Resort really do offer everything you could expect from a luxury resort.. as it’s located right on the beach the views are spectacular and the atmosphere really is relaxing. With Manager’s specials available and bookable online.. I’m finding that a no stress holiday to Myrtle Beach might be just the thing I need right now!
It sounds like a fantastic resort. When I can afford it, I would love to stay at an oceanside resort. During my past vacations we seemed to spend far too much time commuting. If the beach is right outside the hotel, it should cut out a lot of the extra travel.

Even though my permanent residence is in New Hampshire, for the past 2 winters – as well as this coming winter – my husband and I have lived oceanfront in Myrtle Beach.
Well actually, we were in North Myrtle Beach for 2008-2009 winter, and last winter we were at the South Wind on the Ocean in Myrtle Beach. We’re going back to the same condo at South Wind in less than 3 weeks for 5 months!
On my website, because I talk a lot about travel stuff, I actually began a section for Myrtle Beach. There is so much to do down there! (Although I wish there were more parks with free public tennis like there is in North Myrtle Beach’s McLean Park).
If you like Italian food, the best place we found in Myrtle Beach was a little tiny place called “Ciao!” on Business 17, right about at 52nd North. We just discovered it late in our season last spring from some locals – and wow! It was wonderful! Non-advertised (as you probably see so many of the restaurants down there) – and just delicious!
Can’t wait… Only 3 weeks to go!
