If You Are Serious About Getting Employment, Read This
There are two kinds of people who look for jobs on the internet. There are the dreamers and there are the serious seekers.
The first are the kinds of people who see the ads that promise big salaries and give job seekers free access. That gets the website lots of sign-ups from employment hunters, but far less sign-ups from employers who have to pay for the privilege of offering a job online. This means that the ratio of seekers to employers works in favor of the employer. You chances of getting the job you want are slim on such a site.
Those who really want a job are the kinds of people who are willing to invest in their future. Judging from EmploymentCrossing Reviews, they have been well-rewarded for their investment. You see, this website charges the job applicant and not the employer. What this means is that the ratio of seekers versus employers is reversed.
Would you rather be one of ten thousand applicants applying for the same job or one of a half dozen applicants applying for ten jobs or more? How do you think that will improve your odds of finding employment? Moreover, do you think the company will be more impressed with a resume submitted through a service they have paid for or one submitted through a service the applicant has been willing to pay for?
The best proof of a service’s ability to deliver is to read its customer reviews. Those who have done their online job seeking the professional way through EmploymentCrossing Job Aggregators consistently give it rave reviews. If you’re still in doubt, you can try the service risk free and see for yourself.

Another way is to go through a smaller job placement agency or “headhunter”. They usually have a stronger relationship with the employer so when you get a recommendation from them your odds go up significantly. You don’t have to pay for them, just find one in your industry (They are often smaller companies so sometimes they are harder to find). I agree that going with huge job sites like monster.com is a loser’s game. I have never got a job off of these huge free job sites. They are just flooded with applicants.
Personally I have had decent success finding jobs through free sites like craigslist. In other cities, there may not be as many jobs available through the free sites. Using a paid service definitely shows the employers that you are serious about finding work.
When the first time I know there are opportunities to get job online I was skeptic, since I don’t know the person who gave me jobs. So I just walk around, and not to serious. It change when I got first payment from internet.

I’m one to be a serious seeker. If i’m going to pursue a job i’m going to go at it all the way. I think that’s the only way to go about it.
Do you have any “freelancer” job offering site that can be done remotely offshore ?
Usually online jobs get serious after you get your first paycheck:) I have very good experiences with online jobs.
Hi There,
It’s my first time to visit your site! I agree with you Godard. Onlinejobs, really great!
Jean Phillip
hey godard, what do you mean by online jobs, you mean finding jobs online or working online?
if you mean finding jobs online, yes that can be pretty easy at times when the job market is plus +70
You’re absolutely right, finding an online job is quite difficult as it needs you to compete with thousands of other job seekers. But I always prefer to grab online projects competing with hundreds of other freelancers. As I’m a specialist in my profession,so my success rate is quite higher.
It can be really discouraging looking for a job online. Especially with the overwhelming responses to certain inquiries. I remember applying for the FBI one time, and they closed down the job listing because 250,000 people applied to the opening within a week!

Thanks for the article. I have heard the Craislist is by far the best online method of finding jobs.
Its seriously difficult to choice the kind of job and its legibility because its difficult,we cant judge the person who is going to provide us the income. As he is fake or legible so i had a very good option on this its webhosting affiliate marketing, these are very genuine work ,which confirmedly pays you off.
THANK FOR SHARING ARTICLE.
Job hunting online is the only real way these days to get a chance at landing a job offer.
After a whole year of trying to find employment and 10-12 interviews later, I gave up and sourced the help of The Princes Trust. They gave me a loan to create my own business opportunity, I now run my own business and I am now my own boss!!
