Ladakh is a land of mystical Gompas, geographically rugged terrains, a number of passes and barren rocks. Located at an average altitude of 3,513 meters above sea level in the Northernmost State of India, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh is also called as ‘Little Tibet’. Climate in Ladakh
Winters are extremely cold, where temperature dips as low as -20 degrees and the maximum temperature goes upto 15 degree celsius. During summers, temperature fluctuates between -3 and 30 degree celsius. The best season to visit Ladakh is from April to June and from September to November.
