Virginia Beach Bed And Breakfast
Virginia Beach bed and breakfast are well-known for their hospitality. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. Most houses are placed near the beach, and the porches are a great place to sit and soak in the surroundings. During wet and cold weather, the owners lend out heavy-duty slickers and also offer ideas for entertainment. There are several good restaurants, which makes it difficult to decide upon the best.
Guests may enjoy several amenities, such as an indoor heated pool, spa tub, and fitness room and laundry facilities. Some hotels offer cable television, telephone service, newspapers, and access to the Internet. Many bed and breakfast inns have a free video library. Most of Virginia Beach’s bed and breakfasts provide a sumptuous, full breakfast on the house, complete with fresh fruit and juice. The main breakfast items are meat and muffins. A few also serve a dinner on request for special occasions.
The Joy of Bed and Breakfast Inns
When making your reservation, you will need to inquire about check-in and check-out times. Most B&B inns do not have a 24-hour check-in staff. Some inns have both shared baths and private baths. If having your own bathroom is a number one priority, find out if one is available. Some allow pets or smoking, many do not.
To save more money you can book a midweek package. This may include one or more of the following: two nights lodging (queen bed; private bath), full breakfast each morning, fruit and cheese tray on arrival, champagne on ice, picnic lunches for two, passes to local resorts, and a box of Belgian chocolates. On other days, inquire about in-room massage and complimentary wine and hors d’oeuvres.
